The apartment is on two floors and has on top floor:

- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 balcony

and in the ground floor:

- 1 living room, 1 kitchen with gas stove, 1 bathroom with shower,
- 2 terraces

Facilities include:

Kitchen:
Kitchen with gas stove (four heaters), large refrigerator with freezer, standard cooking utensils, rice cooker, water cooker, toaster, microwave, table grill, hot water for dish washing, washing machine.

Living room:
Sofa, TV 29 ", DVD player, satellite receiver, table and chairs for 4 persons, children's table with four chairs, sideboard with dishes, shoe cabinet.

Bedroom 1:
1 double bed, 1 dressing table

Bedroom 2:
2 single beds, 1 children’s bed, two shelves

Staircase:
A cupboard for both bedrooms
1 office table with office chair


Balcony:
Two chairs, a small table

Terrace East and West :
Each terrace has a table with four chairs

This apartment is confortably sized for 2 adults with up to 3 children or 4 adults with no children.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. The apartment is cleaned every 3 days and the bed linen changed once per week.

The apartment can also be rented on a monthly base (> 3 months).

The monthly prices are inclusive of water and bed linen. Electricity will be charged extra .
The apartment will be cleaned every 2 weeks without any additional costs . Cleaning of the bed linen has to be done by the tenant as his/her charges.
Monthly rents for only a month are negotiable.

• Apartment “large” & “compact”: You have 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and two living rooms, each equipped with TV. You are independent.
